Refunds

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must NOT have registered or attended any courses or used any of our services or programs on the website, as well as on our mobile app. By doing so, you will NOT be eligible for a refund anymore.

Please note that there is a refund processing charge of approximately £10. This is to cover two-way transaction costs incurred by the banks.
Refund Process

If you would like to request a refund, don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team by email: support@mrcsbootcamp.co.uk at the earliest. We will inspect your account activity, and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note that refund amounts may vary in your local currency depending on the currency exchange rates of your credit card company and your bank. We only process refunds in the currency displayed on our website.
